Joey and his friends love Halloween, but this year, something is different. Something truly sinister is lurking around their sleepy town during the night, causing animals to disappear and filling the night with unearthly cries of horror. Joey and his friends must figure out what is stirring up their town and stop it before Halloween, when the monster will have free reign to terrorize as it pleases!
